On May, 22 - 26, the first time since the pandemic began, the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting again could take place on site, in Davos, Switzerland. It brought together 2500 leaders from around the world. The official theme of the event was "History at a Turning Point: Government Policies and Business Strategies." However, the discussions, again and again, came back to the challenges faced by global trade and supply chains. 

On May 11th there was the UAE - Latvian business forum in Riga, organized by the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA).

Participation in the Expo 2020 Dubai was a great chance to build a foundation for new partnerships.
